Sound Healing ('sound bath') group sessions

Sound Healing 

Michelle is a qualified Sound Healer Practitioner of Small Groups.  She facilitates Sound Healing feature events as well as runs Artist Educator Sound Healing Workshops at the Rockhampton Museum of Art.  Michelle is available to develop bespoke events for private functions (eg. baby shower / bridal showers) and in a corproate setting (eg. team building / conference ice breakers).

Integral Sound Healing intergrates modern science, ancient wisdom, music & the healing arts. 

Healing with sound has been widely used throughtout the world for thousands of years. It's a form of vibartional medicine that helps to balance all aspects of your being - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  When we're out of balance, we tend to experience aches, pains, illness & disease.  By fine tuning our body by receiving sounds, we can restore balance & activate the body's natural healing abilities.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation Retreats, Workshops & Mentoring

Michelle facilitates workshops for Minfulness Australia including the popular "An Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation".  This course is usually delivered over two weeks or as a half day workshop.

If you'd prefer a more personal approach, Michelle can deliver the Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation course just for you on a one-on-one basis.

Michelle has provided tailored in-house workshops for businesses and organizations. Additionally, she offers one-on-one mindfulness mentoring for those who prefer a more personalized approach or have limited time for workshops.

Michelle is a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator and Mentor having trained with Mindfulness Works teachers Karl Baker & Stephen Archer (Nyanaviro) and Oxford's Mindfulness Foundation teacher, Ee Lin Ong.

Laughter Yoga sessions

Laughter Yoga 

Michelle facilitates Laughter Yoga sessions for corporate groups and various organizations including the Rockhampton Library, the Rockhampton Museum of Art (River FestX), Livingston Shire Council, Bidgertii Community Health Service, The Capricornian, Stanwell Corporation & The Agency.

Laughter has many benefits including improving physical, mental and social aspects of your health & wellbeing.  It's a great connector for teams and groups.

Laughter Yoga  was founded in India (1995) and is less about yoga poses and more about laughter, clapping & breathing exercises.  It's a process that allows you to laugh even if you don't feel like it.  Our brains can't tell the difference between actual and fake laughter. 

Michelle holds a Laughter Yoga Leader qualification from the Laughter Yoga International University.
